The use of the portal requires a current browser, preferably Firefox or Chrome or 3rd party browsers based on the Chrome engine.
The browsers must allow 3rd party cookies, otherwise no login is possible. For some planned functions it is useful if the browser allows iframes of 3rd party domains, but this is not a prerequisite for using the portal.
If you do not have a corresponding browser available, you can also open tickets by e-mail. Here is to be considered:
- Tickets that are created by e-mail are created in the standard severity 3.
Messages of the SLA "Severity 1" are not possible by eMail.
- Tickets, which are generated by email, cannot be assigned to any subject area.
- The portal accepts ticket openings by e-mail only from registered e-mail addresses, all others are discarded without further feedback. Therefore, the e-mail address assigned to your portal account must be used as the sender.
